Recomendation:
1. Residents of Poblacion 1 in flood-prone areas are urged to evacuate earlier to designated centers.
2. Keep communication lines open. Let your family and barangay officials know your location and status during the floods.
3. Never cross fast-moving waters labi na mo awas ang spillway luan2x area, dam area going to pob. 3 and caipilan spillway.
4. prepare your flashlights and emergency lights. charge daan ang cellphone and powerbanks if naa.
5. Follow official updates and disaster warnings.
