Calling all talented composers and songwriters from Carcar City and neighboring towns! Showcase your creativity and passion through music as we celebrate the unity, culture, identity, and heritage of Barangay Poblacion 1. 🌟

📌 GENERAL GUIDELINES:
✅ Open to amateur and professional composers
✅ Entries must be ORIGINAL compositions
✅ Songs may be written in Bisaya and/or English
✅ Pop genre only (traditional or modern)
✅ Must be 3–5 minutes long
✅ Accompaniment allowed: Guitar or Piano only
✅ Entries must not be previously published, performed, or uploaded online
✅ Multiple entries are allowed

📂 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed online registration form
• PDF and editable Word copy of lyrics
• MP3 audio file with vocals
