Theme: “Poblacion 1: Duyog sa Kultura, Hugpong sa Panaghiusa”
I. GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Open sa amateur ug professional composers nga tinuod nga residente sa Carcar City.
- Original compositions lang, puwede solo o collaboration sa composer ug lyricist.
- Tema: Unity, culture, identity, ug heritage sa Barangay Poblacion 1.
- Genre: Pop music (traditional o modern); suitable for live stage performance.
- Language: Bisaya and/or English
- Entries must be unpublished, unperformed, ug wala pa gi-upload online.
- Song length: 3–5 minutes, with guitar o piano accompaniment.
- Lyrics submission: PDF + editable Word format.
- Participants can submit multiple entries, basta original.
- Grand Finals: May 31, 2025, sa Barangay Poblacion 1, Carcar City.

IV. AWARDS & RECOGNITION
- Grand Champion: ₱15,000 + Trophy
- 1st Runner-up: ₱10,000 + Trophy
- 2nd Runner-up: ₱8,000 + Trophy
- Best Interpreter: Special Award + Certificate
- Consolation Prizes: ₱2,000 each (7 finalists) + Certificate & Token
